The Emery County School District Board of Education accepts the responsibility to implement the provision of the Americans With Disability Act of 1990 (ADA). The District will not discriminate against a qualified individual with a disability in regard to job application procedures, the hiring, advancement or discharge of employees, employee compensation, job training, or other terms, conditions, and privileges of employment.
The administration is directed to develop procedures and processes to ensure that the District implements and complies with the provisions of ADA.
The District Supervisor of Student Services is the ADA Compliance Officer in the Emery County School District.
