Through its safety program and various policies pertaining to employees, the Board will seek to ensure employee safety during working hours and assist them in the maintenance of good health.

Special physical examinations will be required for food handlers and bus drivers as established by state law and/or regulation.

Whenever an employee's health appears to be a hazard to others, or to interfere with the discharge of the employee's responsibilities, the Board may require a medical examination.
